COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed to provide an understanding of the regulations that affect wetland resources in Montana. Participants will learn about the Clean Water Act and other federal programs that influence wetland regulation, applicable state wetland regulations, and a variety of local wetland ordinances in Montana though an online self-study module and two days of classroom lecture, discussion, and activities.
